Seller only packaged the TV with a few crumpled up pieces of paper. Due to this inadequate packaging, the TV arrived destroyed and falling apart. The seller refused to take the return and provide a refund. Seller said he shouldn't be responsible for shipping damage. Fortunately eBay disagreed and forced the refund so I got my money back. Had eBay not done that, I would be out a TV and money. Buyer beware when it comes to this seller.

Beware of this buyer!!! This person is a menace & a bully. I tried to come to a compromise. I offered a partial refund & instructed buyer to issue an insurance claim through USPS. The box was clearly dropped and destroyed in shipping or by the buyer themself. No amount of packing material would've been enough to protect it. This buyer then sent me 10 messages harassing me, bullying me and threatening me. Nobody should have to tolerate the way this buyer conducted themself in this manner.
